Our coaching packages at Balance Nutrition & Wellness include personalized coaching sessions, resources, and support designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Depending on your package, you may also receive additional resources such as workout plans, and access to our online community.
No, you do not need any special equipment or tools for Balance Nutrition & Wellness coaching. I work with you to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences, using resources and tools that are easily accessible and convenient for you. We can even create fitness plans using just your body weight!
At Balance Nutrition & Wellness, our focus is helping women in menopause lose weight, get stronger, & feel their best but we have the tools to work with anyone trying to reach their weight loss goals.
Our coaching plans start at a minimum of 3 months because we focus on sustainable, long-term results. We steer clear of quick fixes or YOYO dieting trends, prioritizing balanced and non-restrictive approaches to weight loss and fitness. Our aim isn't just immediate change but empowering you with the skills to maintain a healthier lifestyle independently after our sessions.
After starting, we'll spend the initial month or so getting to know each other, understanding your preferences, goals, and current nutrition. We'll focus on learning about macros, how to track them, and set up a personalized workout plan if included in your package.
Clients typically experience an average weight loss of 1.2-1 lb per week as they progress. We'll have weekly check-ins to monitor progress and address any concerns. Additionally, I'm available daily for any questions or support you may need. I require a minimum commitment of 3 months, ideally 6 months, for a more comprehensive journey toward achieving your fitness goals.
You can easily connect with your coach between our scheduled check-ins through various channels. Feel free to reach out via text, email, Google/Gmail chat, Marco Polo, Facebook Messenger, or even through a traditional phone call. I am available throughout the day during extended business hours. I'll respond promptly to assist you on your fitness journey and ensure you have the guidance and encouragement you need.
